We all know that “no spirits really compare to Gin,” and after attending the Norman Goodfellows, World Gind Day event, it’s safe to say that gin lovers agree. For those of you who are new to the Gin scene I figured after learning my share about gin at the event, it’s only fair that I share 3 easy cocktail recipes with you guys using some of my favourite Gins!
Strawberry Brooklyn Gin & Tonic:

Wedge of lime
Pour the gin into a glass, top with Appletiser, add the ice cubes, strawberry and lime juice.
Rosemary & Lemon Aviation Gin & Tonic:

75ml ml Tonic Water
2x Lemon slices and a sprig of rosemary
Pour the gin followed by the tonic into a glass filled with ice.
Serve with a 2x slices of lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
Basil & Lemon Malfy Gin & Tonic:
3x Basile Leafs
1 sprig rosemary
60ml Malfy Con Limone
120ml Pink Tonic water
Combine three basil leafs, 1 sprig of rosemary, the juice from a lime wedge and 30ml of the gin in a glass.
Muddle with the back of a spoon and strain through a mesh strainer into a second glass.
Add several cubes of ice.
Top with remaining gin and tonic, and serve garnished with rosemary sprigs.
